Prices are a flat rate by shopping cart total. Original paintings are shipped individually even if more than one is purchased. Each painting includes the frame and is fully insured.

I recently added a "By Cart Weight" shipping option. This should be less expensive. It is in trial right now as I can not calculate every zip code, so I am considering this program. Most of my art is framed, but there are a few that are in matting and I can't see charging by cart total when that item is going to be much less to ship. So I'm giving this a try to see if it is feasible.
Rest assured your items are packed with care, and will arrive safely. If the item is small, I ship it myself. I may use USPS Priority Mail or First Class with insurance. Currently, all original pieces other than my miniature canvas panels are shipped via UPS Store. This is the best option when shipping a large painting. Shipping Costs of any item include purchase of correct box, bubble wrap/packaging and Insurance in addition to the actual cost of shipment. This is most effective because they insure fully when they have packed it themselves and less risk of damage.

Shipment arrives damaged (For Paintings and Prints)
If your painting arrives and the box is damaged please notify me immediately via the website and BEFORE opening the package. You MUST PHOTOGRAPH the damaged package before opening it. This covers us both for insurance purposes. Then you may open the package and hopefully the damage is only to the packaging. If the painting or print is damaged, PHOTOGRAPH THE DAMAGED ARTWORK. Each original painting is photographed prior to shipping and once packed so that there is a comparison photo in the event of damage.
No refunds for damaged items will be made to the Buyer until the Buyer completes his/her part of the obligation in assisting to file the insurance claim.

* For international buyers Please contact me before ordering with your country for exact shipping cost. .This applies to both original paintings and prints. I ship First Class International, as it is the most cost effective shipping. The print shop may use USPS or FedEx and if the buyer has a Fed Ex account, it is possible to use the buyer's Fed Ex account number.This must be arranged in advance. The Print Shop's packing and shipping rates are in constnt flux and may vary and their prices apply.

I am not responsible for a package once it has left the United States. I have no control on how long it takes to get to your country. Please do not contact me to see where it is after leaving the United States, because I would have no information. I will provide postal information/tracking once shipped so you may monitor it.
Buyer is responsible for additional customs duty, VAT and/or import taxes. Due to import duty valuation adjustments and currency valuations, I am unable to provide an estimate for duty or VAT.
Please, do not ask me to change anything on customs forms. I will not mark "gift" on international packages. The actual price will be listed on the customs form.

Returns on Original Paintings 15 Day Money Back Guarantee on original artwork if you are not totally satisfied with your purchase. No questions asked. You must contact me within 7 (seven days) of receiving the artwork and notify me that it is being returned.The artwork must be returned in the original packaging, undamaged and arrive within the 15 day cut off. No exceptions. Shipping costs are not refundable. Return shipping costs at customer's expense. Artwork must be insured for return. PLEASE READ CAREFULLY: Once the item arrives and has been inspected, The price of the art and the tax will be refunded MINUS A 16% RESTOCKING FEE. What is that? This covers non-refundable transaction fees that I incur which are percentage based and also the loss of my product on the shelf for two weeks when it could be sold to another buyer and the work required to re-list the item. Returns on Prints There are no returns on Prints except if the print itself is damaged. Please see details below: Returns on Prints are accepted only in the rare case of damage to the shipment. (The product itself) Buyers remorse or color variations from the computer monitor and what the print looks like in person are not valid reasons for a return. In the rare event of a damaged print, buyer must follow the instructions above in "Shipment arrives Damaged" and photograph the damaged packaging before opening and the damaged print, and save the damaged packaging.
